Complaints about the DryRack are possible through the complaints form. After filling in this form, you will receive an RMA number and then email feedback, which, based on the specification of the complaint, informs you of the next procedure.

While filing a complaint it is important:

• Order number
• A detailed description of the defect
• Photo-documentation (if necessary)
• Be familiar with the complaints policy
