What kind of liquid do we use?

  • The liquid varies depending on whether DryRack is used indoors (Livingroom, laundry room, etc.) or outdoors (balcony, unheated garage, etc.). When using DryRack indoors we use distilled water. However, when using DryRack outdoors, it is necessary to use an antifreeze mixture available on gas stations or in specified shops.

Why is it necessary to use an antifreeze mixture when using DryRack in exterior/outdoors?

  • There is an assumption of low temperature (under 0 degree Celsius) when using DryRack outdoors. An antifreeze mixture prevents freezing of liquid, which prevents the bursting of tubes or other parts of DryRack’s construction.

From what kind of material is waterproof cover DryRack made? Is it possible to launder/dry/do ironing the cover?

  • The waterproof cover DryRack is made from fabric named Twill. This fabric is mostly known due to its characteristics. Twill is waterproof, breathable, stain resistant, does not lose color, does not form lint and can be washed at 40 degrees. Twill is not suitable for the laundry dryer, but it can be ironed on the lowest setting.

Is DryRack available in white version, as well?

  • DryRack is available in white version, as well. However, the delivery time would be different, because the white version of DryRack is not in stock by default.

What is the life of the heating element in DryRack?

  • The heating element/ heating spiral is the most loaded part of the dryer. When the power of the heating element is reduced, we can provide new heating element and instructions for its replacement. The reduction of the power depends on its shabbiness.
